Martins Ferry Recreation Center Rental Rates
Rental rates will be as follows:
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be requested to hold the date and time of any event, along with a signed agreement. Deposit is due at time of agreement signing.
All events in the dining room will need to conclude NO LATER than 10:00PM
All events in the gymnasium will need to conclude NO LATER than 11:00PM
Dining Room (downstairs, kitchen)
up to 50 people
Rectangle tables
4 hour rental…..Deposit amount due at signing is $75.00 Non refundable and comes off the total rental fee, this is to hold the date and time of the event.

Gym (birthday parties, wedding/baby shower)
Small gathering (max of 100 people)
6 round and numerous rectangle tables available

4-6 hour rental…………Deposit amount due at signing is $100.00 Non refundable and comes off the total rental fee, this is to hold the date and time of the event.

Gym rental for sports training (basketball, softball, etc.)
$30.00/hour for Non Martins Ferry organizations
$25.00/hour for Martins Ferry organizations
Batting Cages
$30.00/2 hours for Non Martins Ferry organizations
$25.00/2 hours for Martins Ferry organizations
Skating Parties *********
Rental fee is $30.00 per hour, which includes skates for a MAX of four (4) hours rental, and no more than 50 people. There is a contract that will need to be signed as well as 1/2 total rental fee at time of reservation, to hold the date and time of the event. Valid photo ID is required to rent.
Larger organizations will need to contact the Utility office for rates.
