As of June 1, 2019 the Utility rate are increasing by 3%. The minimum billing rate will be $78.11 in city limits and $ 57.20 for out of City limits residential service . This amount will include 2,500 gallons of water. Usage from 2,501-4,000 gallons will be $0.25. All usage above 4,000 gallons will be billed at 3% higher then the previously established rates.

REMINDER – City offices are closed on January 21st for Martin Luther King Day. Monday’s trash will be picked up on Tuesday, January 22nd. (Monday’s trash pick-up will be the only day affected by the closing.)

Congratulations to the Martins Ferry 2018 Football Team for making it to the Playoffs!? Coach Yoder and his boys will play this Saturday November 3, 2018 at 7 pm.?
