The City of Martins Ferry will be holding a clean up day on Saturday October 11th 8a – 12p at the old City Garage on 1st Street. Photo ID will be required, you must be a resident of the city to participate.
-Mattresses and boxsprings will be accepted for a $20 fee
-Vehicle batteries will be accepted this time.
-No electronics
-No hazardous materials, no paint/tires/chemicals.
City Wide Clean Up will be on Saturday, May 10th from 8-12p at the the First Street city lot by the Old City Garage. Mattresses and Boxsprings will be an extra charge and no hazardous materials, tires, electronics, etc will be accepted.
Clean up week will be held curb side from Monday September 30th to Friday October 4th. This is on your normal scheduled trash day. Mattresses and box springs will still be $20 a piece and need wrapped in plastic. No hazardous materials, tires or paint.
The City will be hosting their annual Spring Clean Up. It will be held on April 6th at the City garage on 1st street from 8a-12p. You must be a Martins Ferry resident and will need to bring your ID or water bill. No tires, paint or hazardous materials. There will be an extra charge on mattresses and boxsprings.
Clean up week will be held curb side on your normal trash day this week (September 25 – September 29) Mattresses/boxsprings will need wrapped in plastic and will be an extra charge added to your utility bill. We can not accept tires, electronics, wood/building materials, hazardous materials and paint. Please place items out with your normal trash.
Our annual trash clean up will be held on the 1st week of October, the 3rd-7th. It will run on your normal trash day and it will be done curbside. No tires, paint or electronics will be picked up as usual.
