The City of Martins Ferry will have a meeting to discuss the road closure on North Ridge Drive. This meeting will be held on Thursday October 1, 2026 at 5:00pm, in the city building council chambers.

The City is currently experiencing a major main water line break, the water plant is shut down at this time and the outage has affected the whole city. Please be patient as our city workers are doing their best to restore service. There is NO ETA for restoration of the water at this time. Thank You!
