Thanksgiving Sanitation Pickup Schedule Announced November 15, 2016 City of Martins Ferry News Residents who normally have sanitation pick-up on Thursday and Friday are asked to place their garbage cans out on Wednesday next week. ?City offices will be closed Thanksgiving Day as well as the Friday after Thanksgiving.
